Spiffy Office is back-office software for small cleaning businesses, set up for you. One app covers your booking website, scheduling and dispatch, cleaner logins, card payments with pay splits, client messaging, reviews and expense tracking.
Owner-operated and small-team residential and commercial cleaning companies in the United States. It suits a solo cleaner who wants a professional website with online booking, and an owner with a few cleaners who needs to schedule the team and track their pay.
$50 a month, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. You choose how to pay at checkout: split the setup fee over your first 2 bills ($300 each, then $50 a month), pay it with your first month ($550, then $50 a month), or prepay your first 12 months for $500 with 2 months free ($1000 at checkout including setup, then $50 a month from month 13). The monthly price includes up to 3 active cleaners, and each additional active cleaner is $15 a month.
There's no long-term contract: you can pause or cancel any time, yourself, from your account. Pausing stops billing and takes your site offline; resume within 12 months with no new setup fee, or your site and its data are deleted. Cancelling stops billing and your site and its data are deleted 90 days later. If you cancel within 14 days of checking out, the setup fee isn't refunded but any monthly fees you prepaid are. After that, if you paid the setup fee up front, $250 of it is refunded, plus any prepaid months you haven't started. Pausing doesn't refund anything, and customization work is non-refundable.

Yes. Your website lists your services, with prices or as "request a quote" if you'd rather not show them. Customers can request one-time or recurring cleans and message you from their own portal, and you can take a card payment when the job is done.
No. Spiffy Office runs in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. Each cleaner gets their own login to see their jobs, check in on arrival and upload before-and-after photos.
Yes. Your site starts at yourbusiness.spiffyoffice.com, and we'll help you point your own domain at it. A domain you own always stays yours.
Your site is built so search engines can read it, but no one can guarantee rankings. Each site gets a page title and description, structured data that describes your business, services and service area, and a sitemap. For local searches, a verified Google Business Profile (it's free) and genuine reviews from your customers make the biggest difference.
It's yours. Your site goes offline the day you cancel, and 90 days later we delete it and its data, except billing records we must keep by law. Until then you can ask for a copy of your content, photos and client records, and we email you a reminder about 14 days before deleting it.
For 7 days after your 3-day test, changes are included. After that, bigger changes are quoted as customization. You can still change your own prices, services and schedule yourself at any time.
